Former: Minister of Foreign Trade, Costa Rica; Principal trade and investment policy advisor, negotiator and spokesperson on trade and investment issues to the Costa Rican President; Senior advisor on trade and integration, Inter American Development Bank; Director of the Agriculture Division, World Trade Organization; Chief Negotiator for Costa Rica in the Central America-United States-Dominican Republic Free Trade Agreement; Director General, Costa Rican Investment Board; Vice Minister of Foreign Trade, Costa Rica; international advisor; Director of International Trade Negotiations and Chief of Staff of the Minister’s Office at the Ministry of Foreign Trade.
