Felipe Henríquez is a lawyer who graduated from the Universidad de Concepción. He is currently working in the Departamento Servicios, Inversiones y Transporte Aéreo (SERINTA, Services, Investment and Air Transport Department) where he has been responsible for the negotiations related to cross-border trade in services, e-commerce, telecommunications, and temporary entry for business persons in both, the Transpacific Partnership and the Additional Protocol of the Pacific Alliance. He has also been part of negotiating groups regarding mutual recognition of titles and air services agreements. He is currently involved, among others, in the negotiations for the Trade in Services Agreement (TISA) and the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).
