Adjunct Professor of Public International Law, University of Buenos Aires; Arbitrator and advisor on issues of international law and international litigation. Former: National Director of International Affairs and Disputes of the Treasury Attorney-General’s Office of Argentina. Has argued many cases before ICSID, UNCITRAL and ICC tribunals and before national courts of different jurisdictions dealing with international law issues. Has published extensively on issues of international law and has been awarded scholarships by the Fulbright Commission and other international institutions.
