Head, Multinational Enterprises and Enterprise Engagement Unit, International Labour Organization (ILO). Provides policy advice and technical support on the application of the principles of the ILO Tripartite Declaration concerning Multinational Enterprises and Social Policy (MNE Declaration) at the global and country-level and plays a central role in the ILO’s engagement on FDI and operations of MNEs. Coordinates the ILO approach to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and contributes to international policy coherence on the labour/employment dimension of CSR, especially with the OECD MNE Guidelines, UN Global Compact, UN Business and Human Rights Guiding Principles, and other global and regional organizations. Former: Specialist, gender equality and the elimination of child labour, ILO; Advisor and Research Fellow on Corporate Social Responsibility, United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO); advisory positions in global consultancies in Brussels.
