Ibrahima Nour Eddine Diagne
M. DIAGNE Ibrahima Nour Eddine is currently the Managing Director of GAINDE 2000 and Rapporter for Africa of United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (UNCEFACT).
M. DIAGNE have more than 20 years in experience on trade facilitation and paperless trade. Before being appointed Managing Director of GAINDE 2000, he was the head of E-Business Department of Trade Point Senegal.
He is one of the founder of AAEC (African Alliance for E-Commerce) and has been the chairman of the Association for 9 Years till March 2017.
He has inspired and directed the Single window implementation Guide developed by the Association regrouping 18 countries in Africa.
He is the Co-Founder since February 2017 of the « Think Tan » named “African Performance Institute “API” that aims at Promoting Digitalization of Procedures in Africa.
M. DIAGNE holds a B.Sc, MBA and M.Sc from HEC Montreal and HEC Paris.
