Works on international trade law and policy issues at the World Trade Organization and under free trade agreements. Focuses on international trade and climate change issues and on the significance of the Internet and cross-border data flows for international trade. Former: Diplomat, Australian Embassy in Washington D.C.; Trade negotiator, Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Law and Commerce degrees, Monash University (Australia); S.J.D. and LL.M., University of Michigan Law School.
