Law degree, College of Law, London; Postgraduate studies in marine sciences, fisheries, and general management, University of Buckingham, England. Executive Director of the Caribbean Regional Fisheries Mechanism (CRFM). Has a wealth of experience in fisheries and aquaculture development and governance, coastal and marine resource conservation and management, public administration, project management, and law. Former: Deputy Executive Director, CRFM; Scientific Director, CFRAMP Project; Fisheries Development Officer, CARICOM Secretariat in Guyana; Fisheries Officer and Acting Director of the Fisheries Department, Jamaica.
