Lead advisor in the WTO Secretariat on international competition policy (antitrust) issues. Heads the Secretariat team supporting the work of the WTO Committee on Government Procurement. Former: Various positions in the Canadian Competition Bureau (Canada’s national antitrust agency), the Department of Finance of the Canadian Province of Saskatchewan, and the Economic Council of Canada. Co-editor of Competition Policy and Intellectual Property Rights in the Knowledge-based Economy. Author/co-author of articles published in many economic journals, in addition to chapters in numerous edited volumes.
