Former: Director for Trade and Agriculture, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD); Professor of economics and agricultural economics, Universities of Frankfurt/Main and Göttingen; Member and Chairman of the Scientific Committee and of several working groups, Science Council of Germany.
