Advises the Director General on trade negotiations, agriculture, market access, trade in services and trade and environment. Former: Secretary of Foreign Trade of Brazil; International Trade Centre; Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency; Brazilian Agency for Industrial Development.
