First Task Force Workshop on Regulatory Coherence
The E15 Task Force on Regulatory Systems Coherence met for the first time on 18 February 2015 in Florence, Italy. Group discussions, led by Theme Leader Petros Mavroidis of Columbia Law School, identified and examined problems posed by differences in regulation and regulatory regimes across markets and consider alternative approaches that could be taken by governments and the business community to reduce the regulatory barriers to trade. The group was made of distinguished experts from academia, international governmental organisations, and business from four continents.
