A scoping meeting of the E15 Task Force on Investment Policy took place on 10 December 2014 in New York. The group discussed the scope and potential topics surrounding the international investment regime that the task force should consider. The group, led by Karl P. Sauvant of the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment, was made of distinguished investment and trade law and policy experts from academia, international organisations, and business.
