The E15 Expert Group on The Digital Economy had a scoping meeting on 19 March 2015 via videoconference. The meeting, led by Theme Leader Merit E. Janow, Dean of the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) at Columbia University, centered around a brief presentation by Ms. Janow of the group’s concept note. Discussions during this call laid the groundwork for the Expert Group’s first workshop on 13 May 2015 in New York.
