Second Expert Group Workshop on Finance and Development
The E15 Expert Group on Trade, Finance and Development met for the second time on 7-8 July 2015 in Geneva, Switzerland. The group, led by Jean-Louis Arcand of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva), discussed a few think pieces presented at the first meeting in addition to newly commissioned pieces and began to form policy options.
