Second Expert Group Workshop on Climate Change
The E15 Expert Group on Measures to Address Climate Change and the Trade System met for the second time on 15-16 October 2014 in Divonne-Les-Bains, France to continue discussions from the group’s first workshop. Prior to the workshop, the group had circulated two questionnaires aimed at identifying pertinent issues to be addressed in the preparatory work of the group going forward. Discussions at the workshop focused on the trade implications of climate clubs in a regime complex such as the UNFCCC and competitiveness and carbon leakage.
