Second Expert Group Workshop on Regional Trade Agreements
The E15 Expert Group on Regional Trade Agreements and Plurilateral Approaches met for the second time on 11-12 June 2013 in Geneva, Switzerland to continue discussions from the first meeting on the increased use of regional trade agreements (RTAs) following the impasse of the Doha negotiations. The Theme Leader, Kati Suominen (CSIS), provided the group with an overview of policy options. Each of the think piece authors – Kati Suominen, Andrew Stoler (International Consultant), Peter Draper (SAIIA), and Robert Lawrence (Harvard Kenedy School) – also gave short presentations followed by open discussion.
