The E15 Expert Group on Measures to Address Climate Change and the Trade System met for the third time on 17-18 March 2015 in Geneva. The workshop began with presentations by four experts writing think pieces for the group: Nathaniel Keohane, Beatriz Leycegui Gardoqui, Henry Derwent, and Thomas Cottier. Discussions then focused on the draft policy options prepared by the Theme Leader James Bacchus.
