Senior Programme Manager for Innovation, Technology and Intellectual Property, International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development (ICTSD). Has taken an active part in international discussions on intellectual property, public policy and development. Former: Diplomat, Permanent Mission of Egypt to the United Nations and the World Trade Organization (WTO); Delegate to the TRIPS Council and to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). LLM in Public International Law, London School of Economics and Political Science; Diplôme of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po Paris).
