Law degree, Obafemi Awolowo University (Nigeria); LLM in International Trade and Investment, University of Pretoria, South Africa. Regional Trade Adviser, African Union Commission. Provides strategic technical assistance and advice on continental trade policy matters and the development of relevant trade related African economic policies, working on the establishment of the Continental Free Trade Area as well as a continental strategy for African Commodities. Has previously provided advice on trade policy, investment and regional integration issues and policies in East and West Africa as well as provided support to the Rwandan government in the negotiation of key trade and investment agreements including the EAC Common Market protocol, the Economic Partnership Agreements with the EU as well as its Bilateral Investment Treaty with the US.
