Associate Professor, Graduate Institute of International Studies (Geneva); Editor, Swiss Political Science Review; Associate Editor for Europe, Business and Politics journal. Researches international political economic issues, both at the global and regional levels, on the problem of international cooperation, and international negotiation processes. Current work concentrates on regionalism in Asia, national responses to international economic crises, the management of jurisdictional boundaries between international organisations as well as the factors which influence trade negotiations in the European Union.
