Former: Head of the Department for Internal Market and Technical Rules, Swedish National Board of Trade (Kommerskollegium); Head of the Trade Policy Affairs Division, EFTA Secretariat, Brussels; UNECE/WP on Regulatory cooperation and Standardication (Chairman); WTO/TBT Committee; ASEM (Asia European Meetings) on Standards and Conformity Assessment; Negotiations between EFTA and EU on EEA (European Economic Area); EU Council Group for the negotiations with third countries on mutual recognition agreements (133-MRA); EU Council Group on Standardization; EU Group of Senior Officials for Standardization and Conformity Assessment Policy (SOGS); Chairman, Nordic Group on Technical Barriers to Trade (Chairman). Has various appointments with Swedish Standards Organisations; Conducting technical cooperation activities with African, Central and East European countries.
