Professor of Economics, Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies; Member of the faculty of INSEAD, the College of Europe, and the the University of Lausanne. Current research areas focus on merger control, exclusionary abuses and the coordination of enforcement across jurisdictions. Former: Chief Competition economist, European Commission Directorate General for Competition. Has written numerous books and articles on competition economic and the economics of industry. PhD in Economics, Nuffield College, Oxford.
