David Blandford
PhD in Agricultural Economics, University of Manchester. Professor of Agricultural and Environmental Economics, Pennsylvania State University (US). Conducts applied research on the design of domestic and international policies for agriculture and natural resources. Recent projects have focused on analyzing domestic support policies for agriculture, the design of agri-environmental programs, climate change policies for agriculture, and the evaluation of rural development policies.
