Former: Senior advisor, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD); Research director, Berkeley Roundtable on the International Economy (BRIE), University of California at Berkeley; Professor of international business, Copenhagen Business School; Scientific advisor, OECD, World Bank, National Bureau for Asian Research, U.N. Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), and U.N. Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). Has co-chaired an advisory committee of the US Social Science Research Council to develop a new program on Innovation, Business Institutions and Governance in Asia.
