Emilie Anér
Trade Policy Adviser, Swedish National Board of Trade (Kommerskollegium); Representative, EU Trade Policy Committee for services and investments. Advises the Swedish government on services trade policy in the European Union internal market, the World Trade Organization (WTO), and bilateral agreements. Contributes to the Board’s technical assistance programs, providing support to developing countries negotiating services agreements. Interested in the growing importance of services in manufacturing (“servicification”), services in global value chains, and the movement of people across borders. Former: Swedish Foreign Ministry. Has written and co-written several studies in this field.
