Eugenio Diaz-Bonilla
Senior research fellow, International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI). Former: Executive Director for Argentina and Haiti, Inter-American Development Bank; Consultant and staff member, World Bank, United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), and the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI). Several diplomatic positions representing his Argentina in negotiations involving trade and agricultural issues. Has more than 30 years of experience as an economist, working with the public and private sector in developing countries. Has written extensively on economic development, trade, poverty and food security issues. PhD in Economics, Johns Hopkins University; Master in International Relations, School of Advanced International Studies of Johns Hopkins University.
