Former: Research Fellow, ADB Institute (Tokyo); Consultant for various government agencies and international organizations; Philippine lead negotiator for services, ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement (AANZFTA) negotiation; Convenor, APEC Group on Services. Has co-edited several books on services trade and has published works as journal articles and book chapters.
