Marie Curie (COFIT) Senior Research Fellow, World Trade Institute, University of Bern. Works within the World Trade Institute NCCR/WP5 Cluster on “Energy, Trade and Climate Change”. Dissertation entitled “Export Restrictions on Critical Minerals and Metals: Testing the Adequacy of WTO Disciplines” will be published by Cambridge University Press in 2015. Former: Consultant, Trade and Environment Division at the WTO; Teaching Assistant in International Law, International Economic Law and EU Law.
