Doctorate, European Law; Law degrees, University of Vienna and Columbia University; Master in International Relations. Counsel, Advisory Centre on WTO Law (Geneva). Acts as legal counsel to developing country governments on all matters of WTO law, represents ACWL Member governments in WTO dispute settlement proceedings, and participates in capacity building activities in Geneva and abroad. Former: Advisor to judges of the WTO Appellate Body; Private legal practice, Geneva office of the law firm Sidley Austin. Has advised governments in the Southern African region on their regional economic integration efforts.
