Recent policy research has been in the areas of export restrictions on raw materials, trade impacts of regional trade agreements, the trade effects of exchange rates, trade costs and short-term trade finance. Former: Global Relations Advisor, OECD. Author of several publications related to trade in raw materials. MA in International Economics, Stanford University.
