Jessica Su
Associate Professor, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). Focuses on comparative competition policy and governance. Provides legal and regulatory consulting services to the government and business. Former: Research Consultant to Professor Allan Fels AO, former Dean of the Australia and New Zealand School of Government; Postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Law, CASS; Consultant, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP; Consultant, Competition Division of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Has been involved in the drafting of the implementing regulations of China’s Anti-Monopoly Law and capacity building projects of China’s competition enforcement agencies. Ph.D. in Law, Queen Mary University of London; LL.M. with distinction, University College Dublin.
