Harold Samuel Professor of Law and Environmental Policy, University of Cambridge; Director, Cambridge Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance (C-EENRG). Has published extensively in his specialty areas and in public international law at large and has wide experience as a practitioner. Has advised governments, international organisations and private companies and has worked in many inter-State, investor-State and commercial disputes.
