Joshua Paul Meltzer
Senior Fellow in the Global Economy and Development Program, Brookings Institution; Adjunct professor, John Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies. Works on international trade law and policy issues at the World Trade Organization and under free trade agreements. Focuses on international trade and climate change issues and on the significance of the Internet and cross-border data flows for international trade. Former: Diplomat, Australian Embassy in Washington D.C.; Trade negotiator, Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
