Director of Trade and Agriculture Directorate at OECD

Director for Trade and Agriculture Directorate, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Former: Deputy Director, OECD; 20 years of extensive experience with the Government of Canada including: Director General, Economic and Policy Analysis, Policy Branch of Government of Canada. Played a leading role in the successful merger of the Trade and Agriculture directorates at OECD. Has provided strategic policy guidance to government on key trade policy issues during GATT/WTO negotiations; in the implementation of the URAA; and in the formulation of a government-wide Programme Review that resulted in major policy and organizational reforms.
