Former: Consultant, Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA), Commonwealth Secretariat, Center for the Development of Enterprise (CDE), governments of Mauritius and Seychelles, Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat, Regional Trade Facilitation Programme and United Nations Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD). Researches multinational firms and the world economy, the politics of international trade relations, commodity/value chain analysis and the political economy of development and the environment.
