Nathaniel Keohane
Vice President for International Climate, Environmental Defense Fund. Areas of expertise include U.S. and international climate and energy policy, the economic impact of climate change, the benefits and costs of reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and the design and performance of cap-and-trade programs and other policy instruments. Former: Special Assistant to President Barack Obama for Energy and Environment in the National Economic Council and Domestic Policy Council; Chief Economist and Director of Economic Policy and Analysis, Environmental Defense Fund; Associate Professor of Economics, Yale School of Management. Has testified before various committees of the United States House of Representatives as an environmental policy expert. PhD in Political Economy and Government, Harvard University.
