Lecturer, Jackson Institute for Global Affairs, Yale University; International consultant with expertise in trade and development. Former: Senior Trade Specialist, World Bank; Advisor, Agence Française de Développement; Trade Policy Analyst, OECD; advisor and speechwriter to French ministers and members of Parliament. Has taught at various institutions, including SciencesPo Paris, the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, and widely published on international trade issues. Former: Yale World Fellow, a Georgetown IIEL Fellow, and a SYLFF Fellow. PhD in international relations, Graduate Institute in Geneva.
