Former: Services Trade Specialist, Caribbean Community Secretariat (CARICOM); Senior Associate, Carleton University’s Centre for Trade Policy and Law; Trade-related consultancies for the Canadian government, CARICOM, IDB, and World Bank. Has ten years of experience in trade policy matters and extensive experience in analyzing multilateral regional and bilateral trade policy issues and advising governments and other stakeholders in several countries. Has provided training to officials in Canada, the Caribbean, Central America, Bangladesh and other countries.
