ICT Strategy Expert, VIP Consultants; Member of Board of Directors, IPV6 Task Force Peru & Switzerland. Has prepared and submitted the application for the Universal Postal Union’s (UPU) TLD, followed developments and aiding implementation, infrastructural oversight of ITU projects, and aided operators from developing countries through SWITCH. Currently working on TLD initiatives with radio and Eurovision with the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and with CERN. Former: GNSO representative for aero; Member of ICANN’s Business Constituency.
