Focuses on the use of World Trade Organization (WTO) rules to resolve international trade disputes. He works closely with key WTO member governments, leading companies and trade associations on a wide variety of trade disputes, including agricultural and industrial actionable and prohibited subsidies, anti-dumping and other trade remedy measures, sanitary and phyto-sanitary measures, technical regulations and standards, and various forms of trade discrimination. Provides free legal advice to small and mid-sized agricultural enterprises and NGOs providing assistance to the poorest farmers.
