Sherry Stephenson
PhD in International Economics, Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva; MA in Economics, New York University. Expert in the area of international trade policy, particularly services trade. Senior Fellow, International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development (ICTSD); Member, Pacific Economic Cooperation Council (PECC) International Trade Task Force. Former: Senior Advisor for Services Trade, Organization of American States (OAS); Advisor to the Minister of Trade, Indonesia; held positions in OECD, GATT and UNCTAD Secretariats. Has edited two volumes on services trade and published more than sixty articles. Has advised governments on trade policy issues and taught courses in universities in the United States, Switzerland, France, India and Indonesia.
