Leads ICTSD’s China Initiative and Bridges China Dialogue. Former: Trade development analyst, Shanghai Development Research Centre; Board Secretary, Shanghai WTO Affairs Consultation Centre; British Chevening Scholar; Associate Research Fellow of the Evian Group at IMD; Salzburg Seminar Fellow. Nominated Asia 21 Young Leader by the Asia Society. Has written widely on issues related to trade, environment, finance, development, and role of emerging economies in global governance for both policy and academic audiences. PhD in International Political Economy, Fudan University; MSc in Social Policy, University of Oxford.
