Terry Collins-Williams

Co-Director of the Institute on Trade Policy, School of Policy Studies, Queen’s University (Canada). More than thirty years of experience in the field of international trade and economic relations and the Public Service of Canada. Former: Minister and Deputy Permanent Representative of Canada to the World Trade Organization in Geneva; Lead negotiator for Canada for China’s accession to the World Trade Organization. Participated as a principal negotiator in many of the key trade negotiations in which Canada was involved over the last twenty years, including the Uruguay and Doha Rounds of multilateral trade negotiations and the North American Free Trade Agreement. Has participated in a number of research studies and written papers including those on subsidies discipline and anti-dumping.
