Former: Consultant to the World Bank, OECD and UNCTAD; Visiting Senior Research Fellow, Oxford University; Schöller Foundation Senior Research Fellow, Friedrich-Alexander University, Germany. Author of The United States in a Warming World: The Political Economy of Government, Business and Public Responses to Climate Change (Cambridge University Press, in press). Has published articles in Climate Policy and Energy Policy, as well as chapters in books published by the Brookings Institution and Oxford University Press.
