Master and Doctoral Degrees in Finance and Economics, EAESP-FGV; completed post-doctoral programs at Harvard (EUA) and Centre for European Policy Studies (Bruxelas). Professor, School of Economics, Getulio Vargas Foundation (GVF) (São Paulo); Head, Center on Global Trade and Investments, GVF. Appointed WTO Chair holder in Brazil in 2014. Former: Economic advisor of the Mission of Brazil to the WTO; Chair of the WTO Committee of Rules of Origin; Professor, Sciences-Po, IELPO-Barcelona, IEE-Lisbon, where she lectured on Trade Negotiations; Visiting Scholar, Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) (Washington).
