PhD in International Trade, University of International Business & Economics, Beijing (UIBE). Deputy Director and Associate Professor, China Institute for International Studies at UIBE. Former: Deputy Dean, China Institute for WTO Studies at UIBE; Visiting scholar, Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS); Visiting researcher, Korea Institute for International Economic Policy (KIEP) and WTO Secretariat. Researches the WTO, Chinese trade policy, Agreement on Government Procurement and US-China trade relations. Has published a number of papers in prominent academic journals and chapters in books, including “China’s Position and Role in the WTO,” “China: a revisionist rather than a revolutionist.”
